Door, gate and shutter service in Al Quoz
Al Quoz is where Mount Everest Automatic Doors is based, and it is one of the most mixed areas in Dubai. It is a long rectangle between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, with Al Wasl, Business Bay and Mohammed Bin Rashid City to the north, Al Barsha and Dubai Hills to the south and Nad Al Sheba to the east.
The numbering tells you what you are looking at. Al Quoz 1, 2 and 4 are mainly residential, many of them family villas, while Al Quoz 3 is mainly industrial, and Al Quoz Industrial Areas 1 to 4 hold warehouses, workshops, showrooms and labour accommodation. A strip of car showrooms lines the Sheikh Zayed Road side. Add the Alserkal Avenue galleries and creative studios, and the district needs everything: rolling shutters and sectional doors for warehouses, gates and garage doors for villas, glass doors for galleries and shops, and barriers for yards and car parks.
The creative side is easy to underestimate. Alserkal Avenue, in the Al Quoz industrial area, is listed by Dubai Culture as covering about 500,000 square feet with more than 70 contemporary art galleries and related organisations, and the Al Quoz Creative Zone was announced in 2021. Galleries and studios in converted warehouses want large glass or sliding entrances, quiet operators and shutters that suit the building, which is a different brief from a yard gate.
Because our base is here, Al Quoz is the area we reach most directly. Send a plot number or a map pin with a photo of the door, gate or shutter, and we tell you what we think before we visit, then confirm sizes and loads on site before issuing a written quote.
