What a maintenance contract covers

A maintenance contract (often called an AMC) puts servicing on a schedule instead of waiting for a breakdown. The exact scope is agreed in writing after a free site visit, because it depends on the equipment you have.

• Scheduled inspection visits for each door, gate or shutter
• Checks and adjustment of moving parts, tracks, rollers, hinges and belts
• Motor, controller and limit-setting checks
• Testing of motion sensors, photocell safety sensors and emergency stop functions
• Checks of remotes, keypads and access control connected to the equipment
• Repair support when a fault is found
