Each one is a working habit, not a slogan.
We visit first
A technician comes to the site and measures before any quote is written. The visit is free.
In writing
You receive a written quote that lists the equipment, the work and what is not included.
Photo route
Not near a phone call? Send a photo of the door or gate and we start with questions, not guesses.
Safety kept on
We fit and test the safety sensors and do not disable them to clear a fault.
Plain words
We explain what is wrong, what the options are and what each one involves, without jargon.

This is not a criticism of anyone who quotes remotely. It is the reason we visit before we commit to a figure.
What we will not do
We do not quote fixed figures over the phone. We do not run countdown offers, invented discounts or fake shortage messages. We do not publish reviews we have not received, or claim certificates, awards or numbers we cannot show you. We do not switch off a safety sensor to make a gate stop complaining.
If we cannot do a job, or the best answer is to leave your equipment alone, we tell you.
