These Terms & Conditions govern your use of meautodoors.com and any services supplied by Mount Everest Automatic Doors LLC ("Mount Everest Automatic Doors", "we", "us"), located at Industrial Third, First Al Khail St., Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE, Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. Services and quotations
All quotations issued by Mount Everest Automatic Doors are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed when you accept a written quotation and pay any agreed advance. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated. Our tax registration number is .
2. Site survey, measurements and approvals
Final specifications depend on site conditions verified during survey. You are responsible for providing accurate access, power supply and any building, developer or municipality approvals required for the works unless we agree in writing to obtain them.
3. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quotation. Goods remain the property of Mount Everest Automatic Doors LLC until paid in full. Late payments may delay installation and warranty activation.
4. Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation dates are estimates and may vary because of manufacturing, site readiness or circumstances outside our control. You must ensure the site is clear and safe for our technicians.
5. Warranty and liability
Warranty is given as stated in your written quotation or invoice. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the contract, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Intellectual property
All website content, images, trademarks and documents belong to Mount Everest Automatic Doors LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
