BFT Sliding Gate Motor Installation in Al Warqa, Dubai
Al Warqa, Dubai

What we did

Our team completed a BFT brand sliding gate motor installation in Al Warqa, Dubai. The motor lets a sliding gate open and close automatically using remote controls. In the photo the BFT operator stands against a metal gate, with its dark blue cover and red BFT logo facing the camera. Two boxed BFT remote controls have been placed on top of the housing, ready to be handed over. A key sits in the lock at the front of the base, flexible conduit carries the cables in, and a black post stands on the right. The ground around the base is still rough, which suggests the work was recent. A sliding gate motor of this type is fixed to a base plate and drives the gate through a rack. A typical installation includes anchoring the base, fitting the rack along the gate, running power and control cables inside conduit, programming the limit positions and pairing the remote controls with the receiver. The installer then adjusts the force and speed and tests the safety devices. Owners should keep the remotes somewhere safe and know how to operate the gate manually using the release key in case of a power cut. Check that cables stay inside their conduit, that the gate moves without rubbing and that it stops and reverses when it meets an obstacle. If remotes stop responding, try fresh batteries before calling for service. Handing over remotes and explaining the release key is a normal part of finishing this kind of job. Our team at Mount Everest Automatic Doors works from the opening outwards: check the structure, fit the hardware, connect the drive, then adjust and demonstrate the result to the owner. We keep the site tidy as we go and explain how to use the controls and what to look out for later. If you are planning something similar, get in touch and we will talk through what suits your property.
