My CAME gate motor buzzes but the gate stays put. Why?

Buzzing without turning points to a dead start capacitor, a locked gearbox, or a gate too stiff for the motor to shift. Release the gate and push it. A gate that rolls smoothly means an electrical fault; a stiff one means checking track, wheels or hinges. Stop pressing the remote. A technician will check the capacitor, the windings and the board output.
