Door, gate and shutter service in Fujairah
Fujairah is the emirate that Dubai residents reach by crossing the Hajar range, and it feels like another country: sea on one side, rock on the other, and a long coastline of small towns. We serve it from Al Quoz on grouped runs.
Landmarks and layout
The capital has a fort, a museum, a large mosque and a corniche, and its port is one of the major bunkering centres in the world. The Oil Industry Zone, Free Zone and Creative City lie around it. Ordinary neighbourhoods such as Mirbah, Al Faseel, Sakamkam are mostly villas and small blocks. On the coast road you meet Al Aqah near Snoopy Island, Bidiyah with its famous old mosque and Dibba Al Fujairah, the second town; up in the hills, Masafi has springs and a market.
What owners ask
- Can my sliding gate cope with the slope of the drive?
- Why does the motor trip after heavy rain?
- Is a shutter or a sectional door better for a port-side unit?
- Who must approve changes in the free zone?
Short replies
Slopes affect travel, track alignment and how a gate rests when closed, so we measure them. Motors trip after heavy rain when water reaches the control box or the track. For a unit that opens all day, a sectional door is generally the better fit, while a shutter suits a wide opening used a few times. Free zone changes are for the landlord or the authority to approve.
Weather
Moist air on the coast, rain from the hills and strong sun. We mount boxes high, seal joints and make sure water can leave.
Responsibility
We do not claim approvals. We tell you who we think needs to agree, and we remind you that emergency exit doors come with life-safety rules.
How to begin
Write with the area, a pin, a photograph of the whole opening and the motor plate. We reply with questions, agree a day and, where we can, group your job with others on the east coast. Say if the property is rented.
Keeping it working
On the east coast, a yearly service before the wet months is the best insurance: tracks cleaned, fixings tightened, seals checked, batteries tested and drainage cleared. Between visits, owners can watch for slow travel, new noises and gates that stop short of closing, and tell us early. In a wet week, check that water is not standing around the motor or in the track.
What you get after a visit
A short written note of what we did and found, with the make, model and settings recorded, so whoever follows has the history. If we recommend replacing a part, we say why and what happens if you wait.
Rented property
Tenants should ask landlords before changing an entrance, and forward the answer to us with the enquiry, so the quote is ready to use. A gate that is shared with neighbours needs their agreement too, and it is better to settle that before a technician is booked.
