What makes a revolving door pause or stop turning?
Common reasons are a sensor that is dirty or has been triggered, dust packed into the floor mechanism, or a drive fault. An occasional stop can simply be the door reacting to a person near the wings. In busy lobbies in Business Bay and Downtown we check sensors, clean the base, test the drive and reset settings.
