Tormax door will not move after a power outage in Dubai, what should I do?
Start at the supply: has the isolator or circuit breaker tripped, and is the selector on automatic? After a voltage dip the controller may sit stuck in fault mode until someone resets it and it learns the door travel again. If nothing improves, put the door on manual and phone us. We check mains supply, controller and motor, and hunt for surge damage, which is common after summer grid trips in Dubai.
