The Marantec light turns on but the door stays still. What now?
A lit lamp shows power is reaching the unit, so the fault lies with either the operator drive or the door. Confirm the trolley is attached to the carriage and the door is unlocked and clear. Disengage the opener and lift the door: heavy means a spring or roller problem. If it moves easily, the belt, chain or drive gear may be slipping, or perhaps the board is not feeding the motor. Avoid repeated remote presses.
