One side of my double gate opens before the other. How is the timing fixed?

Double gates are set so one leaf starts slightly later, which avoids a clash. When the order shifts, suspect a hinge that has dropped, a worn joint in the arm, lost travel settings or a drifted delay on the board. A dropped leaf is the commonest. We check hinges and arm geometry, reset travel and force, then set the delay again.
