Hi-Life gate opens but will not come back closed, what should I look at?
Treat it as a safety signal problem. Smudged or misaligned photocells, a damaged wire or a sensor stuck open will block closing, and an auto close timer may have been turned off. Clean the lenses and clear the beam. If the gate still stays open, we test every board input to find the broken circuit and repair it properly without bypassing any safety device.
