Did Dorma become dormakaba?
Yes, in effect. The German company Dorma joined Switzerland's Kaba group in 2015, and the combined group has used the dormakaba name since 2016. Older units may still say Dorma on the casing. For service, the model number matters most. If you send a picture of the nameplate, we can confirm what we are able to service.
