What is the difference between maintenance and repair?
Maintenance is planned work that prevents faults: cleaning, lubricating, adjusting and testing. Repair fixes something that has already failed. Regular maintenance reduces how often you need repairs.
Can you service equipment installed by another company?
Usually yes. We inspect it, tell you its condition and quote for any parts that need replacing.
