Why bother cleaning the pit beneath a loading dock leveler?
Dust, pallet splinters and water gather in the pit, jam the hinge, block drains and eat into the frame. In Dubai the fine dust and humidity make this quicker. Clearing the pit and greasing the hinge is part of each service and reduces wear on the leveler.
