If trucks of different heights load by forklift, a leveler is what makes the bridge from truck to floor safe. A leveler is not needed if loading is at ground level or by tail lift. Without one, forklifts struggle over gaps and steps, which risks damage and injury.

A leveler suits docks at truck height. For ground-level loading or tail-lift trucks, other equipment is more suitable.
