Can you help if I have no idea which Hi-Life motor I own?
Yes, plenty of owners have no paperwork. At the site visit we work out the operator type, read the labels fitted to the motor and its control box, and observe its behaviour. Sending a picture of the label beforehand helps. Afterwards we describe the fault in simple terms and say which parts we can source, without assuming another brand's parts will fit.
