If the same shutter is hit again and again, repair alone will not hold. Look at the cause. Is the opening too narrow for the trucks using it? Are drivers raising forks too high? Is the shutter opening slowly so people drive in before it clears? Simple changes help: painted guide marks on the floor, a reflective strip at the bottom edge, guide rail guards, and a sensor or safety edge that stops the shutter on contact. These cost far less than repeated slat replacement.
