Quotations
We provide a free site survey and a written quotation. A quotation describes the scope of supply and work, and it is based on the information and site conditions we could see at the time. If the conditions differ on site, the scope or price may need to be adjusted, and we will tell you before proceeding.
Orders and payment
Work starts once you accept the written quotation. Payment terms are stated in the quotation or the contract for that job.
Installation and site access
Please provide safe access, power supply and any building approvals needed for the work. Delays caused by access, approvals or other trades on site may affect the schedule.
Warranty and after-sales support
Our commitments on workmanship, parts and support are described on the Warranty and Service Commitment page and in your written quotation.
Maintenance contracts
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are provided on the terms written in each contract, including the scope, visit schedule and response arrangements. See our Automatic Door AMC service for an overview.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
