Signs a sensor needs attention

The door opens on its own or not at all, closes on people, flickers between open and closed, or reacts only at certain times of day. These are reasons to have the sensor tested, because a faulty safety sensor is a safety issue.

What happens on the visit

We check the sensor, its wiring, alignment and settings and the controller, replace the part if needed and test the door again before we leave.
