The Greens is the apartment neighbourhood of Emirates Living. Emaar built it as clusters of low-rise buildings set among gardens and a lake, close to Barsha Heights, Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City.
Unlike the villa streets next door, doors and gates here belong to buildings rather than to individual homes. That makes the typical customer a property manager or an owners' committee: barrier arms at the car park, gates to the building's parking court, glass lobby doors and the occasional roller shutter في a ground-floor shop. Approvals follow the building, so we plan with the manager.
