Automatic doors, gates and barriers move heavy parts near people and vehicles, so safe design and careful workmanship matter as much as appearance. This page describes how we work. It is a description of our practice and not a claim of any external certification.
Our quality approach
- Survey before quoting: we look at traffic, opening size, structure, power and the surrounding environment before recommending a solution.
- Right product for the use: heat, dust and humidity in the UAE, and how often the door runs, guide the choice of operator, materials and finish.
- Genuine parts: we use genuine manufacturer parts and follow the manufacturer’s installation guidance.
- Documented work: scope, equipment and settings are written down so the job can be maintained later.
Safety practice on every job
- Safety sensors, infrared beams and edge protection are fitted and tested where the door type calls for them. See Automatic Door Safety Sensors.
- Emergency release and manual override are checked so people are never trapped.

- Work areas are kept safe for occupants and the public while we work.
Testing and handover
Before handover we test opening and closing cycles, sensors, stops and safety reversal, then show you how to operate the system and what to report. Regular servicing under an Annual Maintenance Contract keeps that performance consistent.

Your building, landlord or authority may have its own requirements. Tell us early, and we will plan the work to fit them.
